Our mission is to provide a safe, relaxed, and informal setting where students, especially those who may have faced challenges in mainstream education, can acquire practical construction skills alongside valuable life skills.
All our construction courses are designed to enhance employment prospects, and we take it a step further by assigning a monetary value to all projects. This gives our students/clients a real-world understanding of measuring and pricing building projects.

Quick Brick Training Academy is all about serving the needs of students who have disengaged from mainstream education. Our focus is on vocational skills development, with an initial emphasis on bricklaying and a plan to expand into other construction skills like joinery, plastering, tiling, and groundworks.
We believe that every student has the potential to thrive in the right setting. That’s why we offer innovative learning techniques, mindset coaching, mentoring, cognitive behavioral therapy, and confidence-building exercises. We aim to prepare our students for future employment and success.
A Range of Qualifications and Support
At QBTA, we offer NCFE Occupational Studies in the Workplace with qualifications at award, certificate, and diploma levels. Our capacity allows for approximately 10 placements per day, ensuring personalized attention and support.
Our dedicated staff, led by Lee and Gary, bring years of industry experience to the table. We ensure that all staff members, whether instructors or trainers, undergo Enhanced DBS checks to guarantee a safe learning environment.
A Diverse Student Profile
We welcome both male and female students, with female students receiving support from female staff members. While our primary focus is on Year 10/11 students, we maintain flexibility to accommodate Year 8/9 students and post-16 students based on their individual needs.
A Structured Approach
Our commitment to excellence extends to our daily routine, with suggested hours from 9:30 am to 2 pm. Each student’s day is meticulously timetabled and structured to offer appropriate sessions, break-out times, and a lunch break. To ensure student safety, supervision is maintained at all times.
We take the wellbeing and safety of our students seriously. This includes providing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to strict safeguarding policies. We also have a clear incident reporting process to address any emergencies or issues that may arise.
