We are experts in Careers Education, SEND Support, training Advice and Guidance which we deliver to support mainstream schools and pupil referral units. We carry a strong ethos within our company that each individual student can develop their education further within a setting that’s more fit for students, and we have a passion for preparing the student for future employment.

It is our aim to consistently deliver a range of alternative and engaging workshops within the provision that will elevate the students to fully engage and develop everyone using a selection of the following techniques.

Student Profile
We are a multi-diverse Alternative Provision that will welcome all students regardless of background.
Female students will have access to support from female staff.
Student age will be mainly Year 10/11, though flexibility, dependent on student needs, may mean Year 8/9 students could have access. We will also be working with post 16 students too.
The provision will offer NCFE Occupational Studies in the Workplace with qualifications at award, certificate and diploma level.
Student capacity will be approx. 10 placements per day.

Assessment and Placement
Identify students who are interested in pursuing a bricklaying qualification and have the potential for success in this field. This could involve collaboration between the alternative provision, local authorities, and career counselors.

Tailored Education and Training
At Quick Brick Training Academy we work with local vocational colleges or trade schools to provide bricklaying courses. These courses will be adapted to the unique learning needs of each student, including SEND support.

Practical Experience
Provide opportunities for hands-on learning and practical experience in bricklaying. This could involve partnerships with local construction companies and/or our on-site training facilities. We ensure that students have access to the necessary equipment, tools, and safety training to work with bricks and mortar safely.

Assessment and Certification
Regularly assess and track the progress of each student in their bricklaying education and practical experience. Guidance and support for students seeking employment or further education in the field of bricklaying upon completion of their alternative provision education.
