Quick Brick Training Academy is a premier training center located in Salford, dedicated to providing tailored construction courses to students. Our team of award-winning professionals delivers these courses on-site.
Our state-of-the-art training center is newly built and equipped with task areas capable of accommodating up to 25 students pursuing various qualifications. Conveniently situated in the heart of Pendlebury, between Bolton Road and Manchester Road, we offer easy access via major transport routes.
Our Mission
At Quick Brick Training Academy, we are committed to positively impacting both students and the community’s well-being. Beyond teaching construction skills, we strive to be positive role models and create a safe, relaxed, and informal learning environment. Our focus extends beyond practical skills, as we aim to equip students with life skills that empower them to transition into responsible young adults.
We recognize the social significance of community-based training programs led by skilled local professionals. Our construction courses not only enhance employment prospects but also provide insights into measuring and pricing real-time building projects.
What We Offer
We actively engage with students and the community, fostering positive feedback, promoting physical well-being through hands-on practical work, and contributing to reduced anti-social behavior.
We focus on vocational skills development, initially specializing in bricklaying, and plan to expand into other construction skills. Our aim is to prepare students for future employment and provide support in career development.
We prioritize safety through compliance with HSE regulations, provide appropriate PPE, and have a Student Safeguarding Policy in place. Our staff includes retired construction professionals with years of industry experience, and all team members undergo Enhanced DBS checks.
Each student has an individual education and development plan, with progress regularly monitored. We work closely with referring agencies to ensure students receive the support they need.
