We don't just teach Construction
We aim to be positive role models in all we do. Our aim is to provide a safe relaxed informal setting where students who may be struggling in mainstream school have the opportunity to gain not just practical construction skills but also life skills that will help them evolve into young adults. Our academy stands as a beacon for alternative education and SEND support, providing a nurturing environment where every learner can thrive and succeed in the construction industry.
Our Plans
Aspirational plans for future development of the provision include in-house awards and presentations, rewards such as special lunches, tee-shirts and ultimately at ‘graduation’ gifting tool kits to students who are moving on into the industry. We have connections within the sporting industry and we are currently working towards a sponsorship with some sporting companies to incorporate them into the rewards system for the students who have really excelled and had good attendance
